Vedic Literature > Atharva Veda > Oneness

In all Hindu literature, the idea of oneness is emphasized even amidst manifestation. The indivisibility of the human being is described in the following verse (19.51.1)

"Undivided am I, undivided my soul,
Undivided my sights undivided my hearing,
Undivided my in-breathing, prāņa,
Undivided my out-breathing, apāna,
Undivided my diffusive breath, vyāna,
Undivided the whole of me."
